About the registration process
To register to the congress, you will need to create a personal account on our platform. If your email address is already in our system you can log in to your account or retrieve a new password in seconds.
If you are a student, a nurse or a member of a sister society, you will need to upload a proof of eligibility when registering to benefit from the reduced
fee.

- REGISTRATION FEES
The registrations are handled by ESRA in EURO currency only. The registration fees are VAT exempted.
VAT exempt under Article 9(14) of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA) | Isento de IVA ao abrigo do artigo 9.º, n.º 14 do CIVA.
* ESRA Members who wish to benefit from the reduced registration rates must have renewed their membership for 2025 prior to registering to the Congress. Members will have to upload a receipt or a Membership Certificate during the process of registration – Please prepare this document before register (accepted format PDF/JPEG/PNG)
**Trainee (Students, Fellows, Nurses, Residents, AHP): you must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college for both the time of registration and during the Congress.
Media representative: there is no registration fee for accredited media representatives. However, to register as a media representative, you must submit a copy of your official press card.
- Workshop Fees
The registrations are handled by ESRA in EURO currency only. The registration fees are VAT exempted.

Workshops are in addition to registration.
Please note that you must be registered to the congress to be able to register to workshops.
Daily registrants must register the day of their selected workshop(s).

- Registration Policy
Cancellation policy
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:
- More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
- Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
- Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
