About the registration process
To register to the congress, you will need to create a personal account on our platform. If your email address is already in our system you can log in to your account or retrieve a new password in seconds.
If you are a student, a nurse or a member of a sister society, you will need to upload a proof of eligibility when registering to benefit from the reduced
fee.

- REGISTRATION FEES
*ESRA Members who wish to benefit from the reduced registration rates must have renewed their membership for 2024 prior to registering to the Congress. **Trainee (Students, Fellows, Nurses, Residents, AHP): you must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognized university or college for both the time of registration and during the Congress.
Media representative: there is no registration fee for accredited media representatives. However, to register as a media representative, you must submit a copy of your official press card.
The registrations are handled by MCO in the name of ESRA in EURO currency only. The registration fees are VAT included.

- Workshop Fees
The registrations are handled by MCO CONGRES in the name of ESRA in EURO currency only. The registration fees are VAT included.
Workshops are in addition to registration. Please note that you must be registered to the congress to be able to register to workshops.
Daily registrants must register the day of their selected workshop(s).

- Registration & Payment
The registration fee is contingent on the date of the receipt of the completed online registration as well as the receipt of payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Payment is required at the time of registration. It can be made in EURO only, using one of the following methods:

Attendees should complete the relevant section of the registration form. Credit card fees may apply depending on your financial service provider.

Bank transfer
You have 5 days to complete the transfer after your registration.
DO NOT forget to specify the invoice number and your name on the transfer details.
And as soon as the transfer has been requested, please send us a copy of the transfer notification to: solene.muraglia@mcocongres.com
Once the payment has been received, we will complete your registration and you will have access to a paid invoice in your account.

The registration fee includes:
- Participation in all Scientific Sessions (excluding Luncheon Sessions, Hands-On Workshops and Live Demonstrations with extra entrance fees)
- Printed material of the Congress
- Access to the Exhibition Area
- Opening Ceremony, Welcome Session and Networking Reception, ESRA Networking on the Run (ESRA Fun Run), Trainees and Farewell Reception.

Cancellation policy
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:
- More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
- Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
- Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
