ESRA Trainees Corner - Activities @ Oslo Congress
Join us at the Trainees Corner for an exciting lineup of activities designed to enhance your skills, challenge your knowledge, and connect with peers. No matter your level of experience, there’s something for everyone!
1. Ultrasound (U/S) Scanning Sessions
📅 Dates: Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th, and Friday 12th
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM (During Coffee Break)
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
🔹 Format: Live 30-minute demonstrations by experts, featuring interactive discussions.
🎟 No registration required!

✅ Motor-sparing blocks for hip and knee surgery

2.Live Scanning with Phantoms
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
🔹 Availability: All conference days
👨⚕️ Format: Hands-on live scanning with phantoms available to trainees for practice
🎟 No registration needed!
3. Trainees Quiz
📅 Date: Thursday 11th
⏰ Time: 3:00 PM (During Coffee Break)
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
📝 Format: 15 multiple-choice questions
🎟 Registration: Opening soon!
4. RAPM Olympiad
Schedule:
Preliminary Round 1: Wednesday 10th (4 teams) – Top 2 teams advance Preliminary Round 2: Thursday 11th (4 teams) – Top 2 teams advance Final Round: Thursday 11th (Top 4 teams advanced) – 1 winner 
Time Slots: To be announced 
Location: ESRA Booth (Preliminary Rounds) – Trainees Reception (Final Round)
Format: 8 teams (3 members each) compete in preliminary rounds, with the top 4 teams advancing to the final.

5. SIMWars
📅 Dates: Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th, and Friday 12th – timeslot 20 min
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
👥 Team Size: 2-4 members
🎟 Registration: Limited to first 10 teams – Opening soon!
6. Escape Game Activity
📅 Dates: Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th, and Friday 12th
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
👥 Team Size: 5 members (at least 4 trainees)
⏳ Challenge: Solve a series of riddles and tasks within 30 minutes to capture the final ultrasound image.
🏆 Winning Criteria: Fastest team wins; in case of a tie, the best-quality ultrasound image will determine the winner.
🎟 Registration: Limited to the first 10 teams – Opening soon!
7. RA Taboo and Pictionary Competition
📅 Date: Saturday 13th
⏰ Time: 9:30 AM
📍 Location: Track D
