Join us at the Trainees Corner for an exciting lineup of activities designed to enhance your skills, challenge your knowledge, and connect with peers. No matter your level of experience, there’s something for everyone!
1. Ultrasound scanning sessions
Join fantastic live scanning sessions with leading experts!
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
⏰ Time: Coffee breaks
📝Format: 30 minutes live scanning session.

2. Live scanning on phantoms
📍 Location: Trainees Corner
⏰ Time: Whenever
3. RAPM Olympiad
Schedule:
- Preliminary round 1: Wednesday 9, during the lunch break.
- Preliminary round 2: Thursday 10, during the lunch break.
- Final round: Friday 11, during the lunch break.
Four teams of four players will attend the preliminary rounds and the top 2 teams from each round will proceed to the finals.
📍 Location: The Trainee Corner
Format: The team compete in a series of multiple choice questions related to regional anaesthesia and pain therapy with one correct answer.
Prize: Complementary access to the Networking Dinner.
4. Riddle Quiz
📝Format: A team of 2 to 4 people competing to complete the most amount of riddles in 5 minutes. Each riddle will hint toward an anatomical structure or specific block, which the team will need to demonstrate on one of the team members to complete the riddle. The riddles will be read one by one, the team can either try to solve it or skip to the next riddle.
📍 Location and time: The Trainee Corner, just drop in and compete whenever you feel like it!
🏆 Prize: The winning team will receive signed NYSORA Block Manuals and access to the NYSORA Block App and Anaesthesia Assistant App.
5. Taboo and Pictionary Quiz
📅 Date: Thursday, September 10
⏰ Time: 8:30 to 10 AM.
📍 Location: Track H at the congress venue.
🏆 Prize: Complimentary ticket for the Networking Dinner of the Lisbon Congress, 2026
Valid for the 1st winning team (5 members – at least 4 trainees)
