If you have a Presentation on stage (Conference, free paper…), please comply with the following:

• the upload of your slides will have to be done on site only (no sending before the congress). Prior to the start of the session you will need to go to the Preview Room (in the Exhibition Hall)
• Due to time limitations, we request that you do not use your personal computer for your presentations
• Please be present and seated in the area at the front of the room
• Please contact us in the Preview Room if there are specific requirements for your talk, such as videos – we will consider this on a case by case basis.
• Mac or Windows format accepted.
